HOW DO I USE COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT FOR MY VEHICLE?

To obtain collaborative support for your vehicle, you can reach out to knowledgeable individuals in online caravanning forums. Share your vehicle's QR code with those who have the ARVIKON app installed, enabling them to offer remote assistance. This collaborative approach makes it easy to receive help from experienced enthusiasts.

HOW CAN I PROVIDE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE ACCESS TO MY VEHICLE?

If you require assistance from a trusted service provider, such as a body shop, garage, or rental company, you can grant them temporary access to your vehicle. Share the temporary access code displayed on your ARVIEW screen, allowing them to connect to your vehicle in real time and provide the help you need.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY VEHICLE REMOTELY?

To access your vehicle remotely, open the ARVIKON app on your mobile, tablet, or PC. Next, either scan the QR code or enter the unique code found in the AVRINET menu to establish a connection with your vehicle. This will grant you remote access to the system.

WHAT IF I'M RENTING THE VEHICLE?

If you're renting the vehicle, you can still access it remotely using the same process. When it's time to return the vehicle, simply press the "log out and create new credentials" button in the app. This will terminate your connection and generate new login information, ensuring security for the next user.
